DUTIES

• To carry out the tasks of Trade      Register
• To draw up, sign and archive      Trade Registry Certificates, Certificates of Registry and any certificate      assumed to be issued by the Ministeries
• To carry out and sign any      correspondence with courts and other official institutions
• Carry out tasks as stipulated      by law, regulations and similar legislation
• Carry out Commercial Registry      Certification procedures
